This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and CodSoul Licensor, the creator and owner of the DevTool application DevTool. This EULA governs Your use of the source code and projects Licensed Content purchased through DevTool. By purchasing and using the Licensed Content, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Licensed Content.
1. Grant of License
Licensor hereby grants You, the individual purchaser, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Content purchased through DevTool for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. This license is granted solely to You, the purchaser, for use by one (1) person only.
2. Restrictions
You agree to the following restrictions under this EULA:
a. No Redistribution: You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make the Licensed Content available to any third party, whether for free or for a fee, including modified versions of the Licensed Content.
b. No Resale: You may not sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Licensed Content, in whole or in part, to any other person or entity.
c. Single User Only: This license is valid for use by You, the purchaser, only. The Licensed Content may not be used by any other individual, even within a household, organization, or team.
3. Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
a. Use the Licensed Content for personal and commercial purposes, provided such use is conducted solely by You, the purchaser.
b. Modify the Licensed Content for Your own personal or commercial use, provided such modifications are not shared, distributed, or transferred to any third party.
4. Ownership
The Licensed Content, including all source code and projects purchased through DevTool, is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright, intellectual property laws, and other applicable laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to You. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Licensor.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Licensed Content and destroy all copies of the Licensed Content in Your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Licensed Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not guarantee that the Licensed Content will meet Your requirements or operate without interruption or error.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to Your use of or inability to use the Licensed Content, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Amendments
Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated EULA within DevTool or on our website. Your continued use of the Licensed Content after such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised terms.
